Pho Hoa Restaurant Floor Manager Responsibilities

Established in 1992, Phở Hòa Restaurant prides itself in the Vietnamese authenticity of not only our cuisine but also in our dining experience. Nestled inside our restaurant, you’ll see the elements of beautiful landscape imagery, tall bamboo, and Vietnamese music that showcase the beauty of the countryside. Phở Hòa believes in the promotion and preservation of  Vietnamese heritage and culture through food and community support. We seek an experienced, enthusiastic, and hard-working Floor Manager who understands and embodies our business values and can deliver excellent customer service.  


What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading pre-shift meeting

  • Oversees and directs hiring, assignment, training, motivation, evaluation of front of house staff

  • Is responsible for the correct documentation and adhering to company policies regarding disciplinary action

  • Address and resolve any staff/guest complaints to guests’ satisfaction

  • Reporting back to the GM

  • Inspects dining room and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times


Who we are looking for:

  • Commitment to excellent customer service and hospitality

  • Self-starter with problem solving and decision making skills

  • Team-player and leader with great communication skills

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments

  • Two year associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree from a four year college desirable

  • Experience supervising a front-of-house restaurant team is strongly preferred

  • Ability to speak Vietnamese
